WHYYY Am I doing another R18 Otome Game!? Because I’m too lazy to get the CG’s out of my PSP for Starry Sky and it’s taking me way too long to finish Heart no Kuni no Alice, and thus Joker no Kuni no Alice is taking a while too. So why R18?! Because my sister had it in the external HD and I thought I’d give it a shot after seeing the wolf character. And her synopsis of it was actually pretty good. Until I played it.

This isn’t going to be another dating sim review. Am I going to do another one? I hope so. This isn’t another post about VGL, either. This isn’t going to be the normal, ‘wild type’ posts. This is going to be about me, and the world. And a little something I clicked on on facebook.

It started with me coming out of the shower, seeing that my boyfriend went online, talked to him, and browsed facebook until I found something interesting to read on the live feed before I get back to watching my shows, procrastinating from studying for finals.

What I came across was a message of love, so strong, so powerful that flooded my brain with memories and messages I had heard in my past. Perhaps you have already seen it, too- A small blog post that changed many lives, called I’m Christian… unless you’re gay.To be honest, it moved me, but not so much that I would take any real action. I feel that I am already a very warm person, forgiving and accepting. But, what moved me to even be posting this instead of watching my shows, is a very simple and real post about real people and real emotions. Touched by the responses, I decided to take up this ‘Dan’s’ challenge, and post. Not to friends that already know what I stand for and what I feel are loving justice, but to people who exist out there that don’t know me, but may someday bump into such a confession in large vortex of posts, Tumblr.

That’s right, VGL!!!! In Edmonton, Alberta. That was So. Fucking. Amazing. I just got home and immediately I had to post about it.

Today (April 18, 2011) at 7:30PM, at the Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta, the Video Games Live concert started and ended with a BANG and much more…

To those who don’t know about VGL, it’s a symphony concert that plays specifically video game music. They have huge variety and sometimes it’s a hit-and-miss scenario, but VGL knew the population of Edmonton well. I thank you for all the J-games and all the kick-ass music for this year!

The line up for this year… I don’t really remember, haha! There was a lot of kickass music, and the ones that stood out A LOT to me were: Megaman Megamix!, Shadow of Collosus, Street Fighter II, Sonic Megamix, Castlevania Megamix(<3!!!), Final Fantasy Pianimix, Flute Link Zelda-mix, Blind-Folded Mario Piano, and my personal love- Chrono Cross/Trigger. (Also a Portal sing along as the grand finale!)
